Hi Tony,

Yes, you are correct it is defined by the organization/project. I recommend stating it in the testing methodology so if someone is just reading that document they know which process you are using. It doesn't hurt to have it in the document even if it's just repeating something that is in other project documents.

I'm confused on 10. whether you're using iterative/waterfall/agile/etc is going to be defined by the organisation and/or the project.
