		<description>After all these years of working as a team member and sometimes as a project manager…I had never thought of something like this (http://2-plan.com): top-down planning for workpackages in a desktop tool (and that too with animated graphics) and then loading it into a web based tool (installed on a local server …php based) and allowing the team to break it into tasks, reports status on tasks, mark how much time you need to complete a task etc etc. It is like everyone is a manager (which everyone should indeed be) and very convenient for PMs and team members at the same time. Brilliant work!! </description>
